Welcome to CDS's Form 4 Can Builder!
Here, you can build your very own custom Form 4 can, tailored to your specific needs. You select the overall length, caliber, and even the model name so that your can is a one-of-a-kind. Our manufacturer's name and location will still be engraved, but your model name and caliber will be unique to your can.
Steps to build your own custom Form 4:
1. Select the overall length, caliber, and mounting option
2. Enter your desired model name. Our only requirements are that the model name cannot include any vulgar terms in any language and must use English characters. The rest is up to you!
3. Provide a local FFL who can process your Form 4 paperwork.
4. Purchase and wait for confirmation that your can has been completed and shipped to your local FFL.
Can Details:
Every model can uses Grade 9 Titanium for the 1.5" tube, mount, and cap. However you have your choice of baffle material.
5.56 and 7.62
- 60 degree standard profile baffles
- Solid, non-clipped blast baffle

9mm and .45

6" - 2.0" BC, 8 Baffles
7" - 2.5" BC, 9 Baffles

Delivery Times
1. We'll complete your can within 2 weeks of ordering.
2. Once we have engraved your tube, we'll initiate the transfer process to your local FFL, which takes about two weeks or less.
3. Once complete and transferred, we'll overnight it to your dealer and you can see it in person upon arrival.
4. The ATF Form 4 process takes between 3-9 months, but your local dealer will have all that info for you.
